In cooperation with Nuclear Physics Institute of the CAS we have built multipurpose vacuum chamber. The chamber is fitted in the particle accelerator TANDENTRON. This accelerator enables research of materials and analyses in various fields of science such as geology, nuclear industry, biomedicine, genetics, chemistry, physiology etc. The resolution of the appliance is 1 µm (micron).
