This spring, we have delivered another testing unit to a leading world manufacturer of headlamps based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In collaboration with the customer plant in the Czech Republic in the last year our designing department developed the first piece of this quite specific purpose-made unit to the full customer satisfaction.
The vacuum tester is intended for car headlamp final tests after a series of many endurance tests. The unit enables testing in the modes of underpressure and overpressure, in dry conditions as well as under water level. Test chamber operation is controlled by an industrial microcomputer and the test procedures are fully automatic.
In testing centres of the customer, a leading headlamp manufacturer, there are tested headlamps from car manufacturers, starting with standard serial makes up to most luxurious models made per order. We were very pleased by ordering another piece of the vacuum tester and the promise of other pieces order in the course of this year.
